Q. 아이 얼굴이 촬영·저장되나요?기본 설정에서는 아니요 — 카메라 영상은 화면에 표시되지도, 저장되지도, 전송되지도 않습니다. 표정 수치만 기기 안에서 사용됩니다. 사진 기능도 만화 동물만 캡처합니다. 선택 기능 "리플레이에 진짜 내 얼굴 넣기"(기본 꺼짐, 동의 창 + 어른 확인 필요)를 켠 경우에만 실제 얼굴이 리플레이 영상에 담기며, 그 영상도 이 기기에만 저장되고 앱이 전송하지 않습니다. 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.By default, no — the camera image is never displayed, saved, or sent, and photos contain only the cartoon animal. Only the optional real-face replay cam (off by default; consent + grown-up check) puts your face into replay videos, and those stay on your device.
Q. 마이크는 왜 필요한가요?거울 놀이에서 영상을 찍을 때 목소리를 함께 담기 위해서만 사용합니다. 녹화 중에만 켜지고, 소리는 그 영상 파일에만 담깁니다. 권한을 거부하면 무음으로 녹화됩니다.The mic is used only while you record a mirror video, so your voice can be in it. Deny it and recordings are silent.
Q. 리플레이 영상은 어디에 저장되나요?결과 화면에서 저장을 누르면 iOS 공유 시트가 열리고, '비디오 저장'을 선택하면 사진 앱에 저장됩니다. 앱이 스스로 저장하거나 전송하는 일은 없습니다.Tapping save opens the iOS share sheet — choose "Save Video" to put it in your Photos. The app never saves or uploads anything by itself.
Q. 얼굴 인식이 안 돼요.① 설정 → Be The Animal → 카메라 권한 확인 ② 밝은 곳에서 얼굴 전체가 카메라에 보이게 ③ 거울 화면의 🎯 버튼으로 재보정. 얼굴 인식이 안 되는 기기(A11 이전)에서는 터치 인형 모드로 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다.Check the camera permission in Settings, play in good light with your whole face visible, and use the 🎯 button in the mirror to recalibrate. On devices without face tracking (pre-A11), Touch Puppet mode keeps everything playable.
Q. 윙크 게임이 너무 어려워요.아이가 한쪽 눈 감기를 어려워하면 손으로 한쪽 눈을 가려도 인식됩니다. 연습하면 금방 늘어요!If a child can't wink yet, covering one eye with a hand works too.
Q. 시즌 의상은 추가 결제인가요?아니요. 크리스마스·핼러윈·한가위·설날 팩 전부 기본 포함입니다. 광고·인앱결제가 없습니다.No. All four seasonal packs ship in the app. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
Q. 진행 상황이 사라졌어요.진행 상황은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 별·스티커도 함께 삭제되니 주의해 주세요.Progress is stored on the device only — deleting the app deletes stars and stickers with it.
Q. 게임센터 랭킹이 안 보여요.설정 → Game Center에서 로그인되어 있는지 확인해 주세요. 로그인 없이도 게임은 전부 즐길 수 있습니다.Check that you are signed in under Settings → Game Center. Every game is playable without it.
