기본 설정에서 카메라 영상은 화면에 표시되지 않고, 저장되지 않고, 어디로도 전송되지 않습니다. 표정 수치만 기기 안에서 사용되며, 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 선택 기능(리플레이 실제 얼굴, 기본 꺼짐)을 켜도 영상은 이 기기에만 저장됩니다.
Summary: we collect nothing. By default the camera image is never displayed, stored, or transmitted. Only expression values are used, entirely on your device. Even with the optional real-face replay (off by default), videos stay on this device.
1. 수집하는 정보 / Data We Collect
Be The Animal은 개인정보를 일절 수집하지 않습니다. 계정, 이메일, 이름, 위치, 광고 식별자, 분석 도구, 제3자 SDK — 전부 없습니다.
Be The Animal collects no personal data. No accounts, no email, no name, no location, no advertising identifiers, no analytics, no third-party SDKs.
2. 카메라와 얼굴 데이터 / Camera & Face Data (ARKit)
이 앱은 Apple의 온디바이스 얼굴 인식(ARKit Face Tracking)을 사용해 표정 수치(블렌드셰이프 — 예: “웃음 80%”, “입 벌림 50%”)만 읽습니다. 이에 대해 다음을 약속합니다:
- 기본 설정에서 카메라 영상(이미지·비디오)은 화면에 표시되지 않고, 기기에 저장되지 않으며, 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 선택 기능 “리플레이에 진짜 내 얼굴 넣기”(기본 꺼짐, 동의 창 + 어른 확인 필요)를 켜면, 게임 화면 속 작은 캠 박스에 실제 얼굴이 표시되고 사용자가 저장하는 리플레이 영상에 포함됩니다. 이 영상은 이 기기에서만 만들어지고 이 기기에만 저장되며, 공유는 사용자가 iOS 공유 시트로 직접 할 때만 이루어집니다. 앱은 어떤 영상도 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.
- 거울 놀이의 녹화 버튼을 누르면 마이크 사용 권한을 요청합니다. 마이크는 녹화하는 동안에만 사용되며, 목소리는 사용자가 만드는 영상 파일에만 담깁니다. 권한을 거부하면 무음으로 녹화됩니다. 녹음된 소리를 앱이 따로 저장하거나 분석하거나 전송하는 일은 없습니다.
- 얼굴 데이터(표정 수치 포함)는 기기 안에서만 실시간 애니메이션에 사용되고 즉시 폐기됩니다.
- 얼굴 데이터를 광고·마케팅·프로파일링에 사용하지 않으며, 제3자와 공유하지 않습니다.
- 사진 기능은 만화 동물 그래픽만 캡처합니다 — 사용자의 실제 얼굴은 사진에 포함될 수 없습니다.
- 카메라 권한을 거부해도 앱의 모든 기능을 터치 모드로 이용할 수 있습니다.
This app uses Apple’s on-device ARKit Face Tracking to read expression values (blend shapes, e.g. “smile 80%”) only. By default the camera image is never displayed, stored on the device, or transmitted anywhere. Face data is used solely for real-time animation on your device and immediately discarded. We do not use face data for advertising, marketing, or profiling, and we never share it with third parties. Photos capture only the cartoon animal graphic — your real face cannot appear in a photo. An optional “real-face cam” (off by default; consent dialog plus a grown-up check required) shows your real face in a small cam box during games and includes it in replay videos you choose to save. Those videos are created and stored on this device only, and are shared only when you share them yourself through the iOS share sheet — the app never uploads anything. The microphone is used only while you record a mirror video (optional), so your voice can be part of the video you create; deny it and recordings are silent. Audio is never stored separately, analyzed, or transmitted by the app. Declining camera permission keeps every feature available in touch mode.
3. Game Center
리더보드·도전과제 이용 시 Apple Game Center가 사용됩니다. 이는 선택 사항이며, Apple의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다. 앱은 Game Center에 점수 외의 어떤 정보도 보내지 않습니다.
Optional Game Center leaderboards/achievements are governed by Apple’s privacy policy. The app sends nothing to Game Center except scores.
4. 어린이 개인정보 / Children’s Privacy
이 앱은 가족용 앱으로, 어린이를 포함한 어떤 사용자에게서도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. COPPA 및 관련 법률상 “수집” 행위 자체가 존재하지 않습니다.
This is a family app. We collect no personal information from any user, including children — there is no “collection” within the meaning of COPPA or similar laws.
5. 데이터 저장 / Local Storage
게임 진행 상황(별, 스티커, 설정)은 기기 안에만 저장되며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
Progress (stars, stickers, settings) is stored only on your device and deleted with the app.
